I am currently only offering balloon twisting, gifts and decor.
The following terms and conditions apply to all
events booked through me, so please take the time to read them carefully. By signing the Booking Form, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions as set out
below. On confirmation that Face Your Fantasy has received them, your booking fee and agreement will hold your date and time.
The minimum booking time is 1 and a half hours. Please be aware that the painter can paint up to 10 faces per hour, depending on designs and package chosen, so please allocate time accordingly.
If more guests than expected request our services and the agreed time is likely to be exceeded, I will consult you. If possible, and I have no other engagement, I may be able to stay for an agreed time and price.
You will be required to pay the full amount in the event the expected number of guests do not turn up.
A booking fee is required with the completed booking form.
Face painting - 50% of total
Balloon twisting - 50% of total
The contract between Face Your Fantasy and you, the client, will not become effective until the booking form is completed and the booking fee is received. Once the booking fee is received and the booking form is submitted, Face Your Fantasy will reserve the date and time agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for the said date and time. For this reason, in the event that you, the client, cancel the booking for any reason, less than 14 days prior to the agreed date and time, the booking fee will be retained by Face Your Fantasy in order to offset its loss of business.
THE BOOKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE BALANCE,
WHICH MUST BE PAID IN FULL
BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT

I will arrive approximately 15 - 20 minutes early to set up in order to begin at the booked time.
Although every effort is made to ensure I reach you on time, if the Artist is unable to carry out your booked event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, such as severe weather conditions or traffic/accidents, your booking fee will be returned in full. In cases such as illness etc. all efforts will be made to secure a replacement face painter. If I am unable to do so, your booking fee will be returned in full.
I provide my own table and chairs, however, I do require a fully sheltered area out of the direct sun, wind, rain etc. In the event of inclement weather (rain, wind, excessive heat/cold), the client must provide an alternate indoor location.
I require parking close to the venue as there is equipment to carry.
The Artist is not responsible for the late arrival of guests.
Full payment is required in the event that the expected number of guests do not show up or use the Artists services.
If there are adverse working conditions such as no proper shelter, inclement weather, inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities etc, that are brought to the attention of the client and not rectified, I reserve the right to leave the event without refunding payment.
We reserve the right to refuse service of anyone drunk, abusive or otherwise displaying unsocial or inappropriate behaviour, be they adults or children. Children must be supervised by an adult as the Artist is not responsible for childcare/babysitting.
I carry Public Liability Insurance.
LIABILITY STATEMENT: I use cosmetic grade, professional products and every care is taken. Those with skin allergies or sensitive skin should not participate, or should have the Artist perform a patch test at least 15 mins before being painted.
I do not paint those who appear to be sick - runny nose, sneezing, coughing, red/crusty/sore eyes, with cuts, abrasions, eczema, sores around the mouth, lice or obvious health issues.
I paint the faces of those 3 years and over, who wish to be painted.
While the Artist will take every care we will not be responsible for damage to clothing or property. The client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets, guests and/or damage to the Artists equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests. The behaviour of pets and guests is the responsibility of the Client or Parent.

The Booking Fee is a part of your full payment and, together with the Booking Form, confirms and holds your date and time. You do not need a PayPal account, credit cards are accepted.
I will confirm with you that I have received both the Booking Form and Fee.
